Dr. Thomas Lettmann is a founding member of EQA and has been Managing Director of Quantum Quality since May 2020. Quantum Quality is an internal service provider for EQA and was founded as part of the restructuring of the office in Bonn. The services of the corporate functions and supporting functions are bundled in Quantum Quality GmbH. This includes the IT area. Quantum Quality provides the systems and hardware that the EQA office and the EQA contact offices need to support and handle their processes. In addition, Quantum Quality is responsible for all strategic and operational marketing and PR activities of EQA, as well as the website. Quantum Quality is responsible for the strategic development of bottom up projects at EQA and the related qualification of personnel, which is done in the offices and contact offices.
Dr. Thomas Lettmann studied nutrition and life science at the Rheinische Friedrichs-Wilhelm-Universität in Bonn, Germany, where he received his PhD in food technology.
